Dear EHNA members,

Many neighbors have received a "Community Meeting
Announcement" stating the following:


Giani Smith invites you to a meeting to discuss a
proposed Rezoning to allow one existing and five new
single-family detached residences on a 1.7 gross acre
site at 376 Neilson Court.

The meeting time & place:

Tuesday, August 30, 2005 @ 7:00pm

Boys and Girls Club
4955 Edenview Drive

If you have questions regarding the project or this
meeting, please contact the property owner, Giani
Smith at 408/375-7580 or Jeff Roche at the City of San
Jose Department of Planning, Building and Code
Enforcement at 408/535-7800 (as of Aug 22)

If we're serious about stopping this proposed subdivision in our
neighborhood, we need to take action:

1. Attend the public meeting, let your voice be heard.

2. Inform your neighbors, only folks with 500 ft. of this were sent
notices, most do not know, and inform them of the meeting.

3. Contact your Councilmember, Forrest Williams' Office @ (408) 535-
4902, fax (408) 292-6461 OR online at:
