Fellow Neighbors,

Spring is Neighborhood Clean Up time with many Neighborhood Association
having non city sponsored neighborhood Dumpster Days.

United Neighborhoods has a special Dumpster price for our member
associations for 40 cubic yard Dumpsters ( the largest dumpster ) of $440
per dumpster.

UNSCC Dumpster BONUS for every 5 (Five) - 40 cubic yard Dumpsters your
neighborhood association orders you get a Free " Metal Only " Dumpster where
you can put your metal items, saving space in you regular dumpsters.

See www.unscc.org/ members for the list of member associations  Note for the
few member associations who have NOT paid their 2005 dues so far for this
year, as of July 1, 2005 your membership will be suspended and you will have
to reapply to be a member association. Dues were payable Jan 1, 2005.

Email  services@unscc.org with the contact name of your Dumpster Day Event
Coordinator, member association ( in good standing ), email and phone number
and Date and Number of Dumpsters. We will contact you about arranging for
the Dumpsters.

If the Dumpster Day is NOT a city sponsored event ( You NEED to check to see
if the city's insurance covers your neigbhorhood association ) Please submit
your Request for Special Event Insurance - 45 or more day s prior to the
Dumpster Day - If you are late in applying IMMEDIATELY call me at
408-297-2800 and we will try to get your request processed on an exception
basis PLEASE DO NOT HAVE THE DUMPSTER DAY WITHOUT INSURANCE.

Please note Neigbhorhood Association Officers, Directors, Event organizers
and participants are personally liable and without applying for UNSCC
Special Event Insurance normally YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE COVERAGE,

NOTE: Almost all personal home owners / rents insurance policies
specifically exclude this type of coverage - You NEED to check with your
insurance broker or attorney for specific details.  UNSCC Officers/
Directors or members DO NOT give insurance or legal advise.
